It’s the 21 century and you still have 20th century payment through this app. That means you can’t get immediate credit for your payment. 1-3 days credit. Such crap.

Why in the WORLD do I have to fax a paper in for automatic direct deposit...it is 2020.

Clean and efficient app. I can quickly navigate to view policies, pay bills or retrieve copies of auto insurance cards. They also have an extremely responsive 800 number. It's good to be a partner of one of the big boy companies, things get done quickly and correctly.

I know no other app requiring passwords to be changed so frequently and locking you out as quickly. Maybe SF could spend less on the multi-multi million ad campaigns paying NFL millionaires and use that money reducing rates.
