App won’t let me sign in – State Farm® Review

Every time I try to log on to this app it tells me I need to use a proper user name and password. Every time I get this error I have gone to the website and reset my password but when I go back to the app it says the same thing. I retry every couple of weeks but this app has been completely unusable for me for several months.
