App great. Privacy is dodgy

I have used the app with pleasure for years, but with the new CA privacy laws I recommend you read the information before just clicking accept in the new splash page. Their privacy statements are long, confusing, and appear to allow for constant collection of personal data. I have this decided to move to the web site.

Roadside Service Portion is Useless

Needed a jump last night at about 9pm. Used the app to request went through all the steps, the GPS could not detect my location with the location turned on in the middle of a parking lot. At the end I received a message that information was not available and try again later. Almost like a 404 message without the code. If I hadn’t called back to get an ETA I’d be still waiting, payment works fine but service request lacking. The person that responded was fine. But why have the app if you need to call? If you’re depending on the app just call straight away.

I used the wrong password to log in then I remember I forgot to add one letter, and the account has been disabled after ONE attempts... I can’t log in my account. Even in website, it still won’t let me log in neither. Seriously, only one attempt then your account is completely useless. This is very frustrating.

Updating your apps for the new age

I think the app could use a push in the new age like when Bill is due, due date missed payment reminders of when Bill is due two days before it cutoff date and having people 24/7 to answer calls

I always get locked out of this app because I can’t remember my password. I have no other app on my phone as difficult to log into, or as frustrating, as the State Farm app.
