Why can't I look at the menu without adding a card. You used to be able to do that. ?

Ummm, how can I buy anything if I can't reload my card? I try to reload it and it gives me an error message. Or thinks for a bit and the app closes itself. Broken, fix it!!!

App keeps crashing!!!!

It's very embarrassing to have the app crash every time I attempt to pay at the register. If I try to click on messages, it crashes. If I click on pay, it crashes. If I move it from the home screen AT ALL, it crashes. I'm fed up!
