Now I'm getting super mad! Every nickname I try has been taken! Trying a random cluster- just like this app! The requirement to log in EVERY TIME is a redundant pain! There are other places to buy coffee. I used this app to place orders and pay. Now when you have to sign in each time, the convenience is lost. It takes forever to even get the log in page to open - then you have to retype the user name and password. My phone is already secure. Once this is fixed I will try again. Until then.... I am gone.

Mobile App will not accept my credit cards. I call customer support, which is horrendous, and they can't even figure it out. I have verified that the cards do work everywhere else. I sometimes wonder if they ever answer the phone. I have tried numerous time to try to talk to somebody. However nobody, I mean real people, ever answers the phone. Why do they pretend they have customer support using the phone? Really bad phone menu, top of the list for phone menus.
Keep it simple!

Love being able to mobile order HOWEVER... Starbucks please simplify the app! Less is more sometimes!!! Keep it simple and user friendly! Parts of this app are not simple!
