I was just leaving the Starbucks on Page Ave in Overland, MO and have found that the barista checking me out made a mistake. I had $16.99 on my app, then he said he did something incorrect which the sent my balance to $0.00 to which I said that I was missing funds. I had to pay with debit card...very frustrating

What would be cool in this app is a virtual barista to take you order, thus lessoning the time to order in the app. You're welcome!

Love this app. I’ve been using it for years, and like the functionality added over that time. Love the ease of paying, reloading, and adding gift cards. Sad there aren’t free apps offered anymore. Love the tracking of and ease of redeeming rewards. Love the ability to order with customizations ahead of time, so you don’t have the wait in the store or drive through.
Poor service

Some star bucks have poor service. Why do I say this? Well I have been purchasing coffee there for many t Years now. New employees seem to be less inclined to giving good customer service. They seem to be put off by my asking if they know a certain drink? 80% of the time they do not know how to make my drink. That is frustrating. Also the preorder on line for your coffee is crazy Because is customers in the store who ordered in line have to wait longer. Not fair. Fix that issue so we to come first since we walked in.
