The app won’t open anymore. I’ve had to find this out the hard way by waiting in line and opening it right before I got to the window. I had just put $25 on my card (since you can no longer add $10!!!) and now I can’t even use it! I have to scramble for change since I never carry cash- OR I have to use my debit card... that I JUST used to put $25 on the app... fix it please.

In spite of the once in a while problems, this app has been fantastic. Recently the app stopped displaying any history for my purchases and the tip feature no longer works. This means that I cannot go on and view my purchases within the last month and the Starbucks crew is now missing out on any potential tips that they may receive when people are using the app for payment.

It crashes everytime

I love Starbucks, but this app always crashes in my iphone 6s, iOS 11.4. The only screen that actually works is the login screen. After logging in, it takes about 3 seconds for it to crash.

New update won’t find stores

The newest update won’t find any store so I can’t order Moberly anymore which is quite inconvenient

Generally no issues, but fix the history!

The order history hasn’t worked in months, and for some reason Starbucks just seems content to leave as-is. Other than that and occasional crashes when attempting to mobile order, no real complaints about the app.

It won’t let me change the country from United Kingdom to the United States. I’ve never even been to the UK I was born and raised in the US! Can someone help me fix this problem???
