No push notifications

I love the simplicity of the app but without push notifications I have to constantly check the app to see if an order was placed or not. When I go into my settings on my iPhone, the Squarespace Commerce App is not listed under notifications but instead in the bottom list of apps that doesn’t allow me to choose whether to turn on or off push notifications for each app. Online there is no answer to fix this because the instructions say that it is inside the notifications tab, which it is not.
If you enjoy aggravation, this is the app for you.

From freezing and lagging, to the incessant need to terminate and restart the app in order to refresh, to error messages when trying to change prices, or the inability to insert tracking info when fulfilling an order, this is one of those apps that’s so poorly supported by its creator, it may as well not even exist.

The app is a necessity if you have an online store, but it takes way way too long to load new orders coming in or opening/searching for an order. I feel like I could be so much more productive if this app was quicker! Looking forward to any new updates to help this issue
Crashing
App was going terribly slow so deleted it and redownloaded it. Seemed to fix the issue but now the app just logs me out every 20 seconds.

Why do I need 3 separate apps? Why aren’t your apps more functional? I’m trying to remove subscriptions from several products and I can’t do that on the Commerce app and your mobile website solution is something my son’s 7th grade STEM class could do better at. You guys are supposed to be the Pros here.

So I can delete products but I can’t add products, I feel like that should be a thing.

It can do all it can do. But not add new items... so now here I am, my computer broke, so i think oh great, I can just use my phone! Nope. You can edit existing stuff, why not add a new item.... please update so I can add new stuff to my shop so I can afford a new computer so that I don't have to use this half baked app.

How do I add product to my inventory using the Commence app? This doesn’t make any sense if I can only edit existing goods, and not being able to add to existing inventory.
