Need to be able to add product

I would love it so much more if I could add products from the app especially since that ability was taken from the mobile site. Also when I updated the ability to make promo codes was no longer available. Please fix ASAP.

It’s super annoying and inconvenient as a small business owner to have to use three different apps to manage an online store. Why can’t you add inventory through the app? Please fix this! Surely, if Wordpress, and Shopify can do it Squarespace can???!! ?‍♀️

App crashes now and doesn’t work on current IOS.

Was a useful app until either they did an update of their version doesn’t work with current IOS13. Opens and crashes immediately. Already deleted and reinstalled.

Slow. Crashes constantly. Glitchy when it is working. Doesn’t update even after refreshing. Another FLAWD squarespace product.

Today I was trying to add new products to my website for my Black Friday sale which is huge for me and I am unable to add inventory. Before I was able to add products on my phone now it’s telling me that I have to have a laptop to add products. This is extremely frustrating and there isn’t a customer service number. I’m very upset and really regret using Squarespace for my business.

I’m not sure if it was this last update but the app is so slow. I have to tap 3-4 times before it registers and the refresh load time is slow. I know it’s not my phone or my internet. I have the latest iPhone and 1gig internet.

Whats the point of this? Cant add poducts smh

I just dont get ehy Squarespace would release an at that has little to no functionality at all. An app that focuses on inventory mgmt should have the ability to add products. But it doesnt. Whoever released this, and whatever team worked on this, needs to be let go.

I see from a former review 2 YEARS ago that an inventory editing option had been “submitted” but clearly that didn’t happen, The fact that you guys have grown so big in the past couple of years and still haven’t corrected this HUGE flaw of not being able to properly edit inventory is baffling. Please just listen to your customer user base and add this feature. This app’s reviews would drastically change for the better if you simply updated the app.

Overall Squarespace is ok.. however, not being able to add products on the go is tedious and ridiculous. You have to manually add carbon products in order to control your inventory from a computer. I’d like to take a photo, and be able to upload it as part of my inventory instantaneously.. other websites offer this functionality at a much cheaper hosting rate..
