Terrible, unusable app

Orders are sorted oldest first. So every time we log in you will see orders from two years ago. There is no way to re sort the orders! Ridiculous. You can not look at an inventory item and see who has purchased it either. Squarespace should be ashamed of how awful this app is.

Glitchy and not enough features

Scanning the tracking barcodes doesn't work anymore, updating stock levels and item status always glitches and is inaccurate, can't change the price of products or edit pictures or categories, can't even list any new products at all. You would think paying $144 a year to Squarespace would be worth more than this shameful app.

Ok but it could be better!

The app is ok for the most part but it would be nice to add a feature to update prices of your inventory. Being able to adjust prices for instance if you're having a sale on an item through the app versus logging onto the actual website. Adding new inventory items from the app would be great also.

Useless App

Pro: - I an adjust inventory levels. - adjust item visibility. Cons: - Can't edit listings copy. - can't add or remove photos. - can't adjust pricing - can't create new listings. Overall a pretty useless app considering most of what I would want to do lies in the "Cons" category. Unfortunately squarespace runs behind in the eCommerce industry which is why one of my websites has made the move to a competitor. Thinking about the same for my other website.

Works great and love creating discounts on the go

The app is simple and works for my needs of marking orders that are shipped, viewing order info and taking notes. My favorite feature is being able to create and edit discount codes on mobile. Such a quick and easy experience vs having to go to the desktop.

Uploading inventory

potential waste of money.

I would give this entire experience a 5 star review. However, I would like the ability to mobile upload my inventory if I don't have access to my laptop. It's a hassle that it's really not mobile friendly.

Ridiculous that you can't add to inventory

I don't understand why squarespace doesn't allow u to add to update inventory. I really thought switching from wix would be easier but it turns out they were most convenient when it comes to inventory updates. Why is this not possible with square space??? I'm seriously consider switching back to Wix just because of this. I can't always get to a laptop. I use my phone for everything. If I want to do a quick flash sale I can't. It's crazy!

I don’t always have access to my laptop but I do have my iPhone around. Love being able to jump into the app and mark orders fulfilled as soon as I ship them as well as create discounts on the go in order to lockdown some time sensitive conversions. Looking forward to the ability of editing my products ?

Good, but needs further development

I think this app is great for tracking inventory and order processing, but I wish it had more editing capabilities. Ideally this app should allow users to add new products and images and edit directly within the app as well.

Pretty, pretty pleaseeee allow products to be added from the app! It would literally make this app PERFECT for Squarespace users ? Will change my review to 5 stars if this happens!
