Absolutely Useless

This app is so much more frustrating than I ever imagined an app could be. No more than two button clicks and the whole thing crashes. Changes won’t save, the app is frozen more often than not. And infuriating waste of time.

I got this app because the Squarespace app told me to download it in order to edit my page, but it doesn’t edit. When I try to edit it tells me to go back to the Squarespace app which sends me BACK to this app. Both apps are trash. I’m thinking of cancelling my whole account.

An app so bad I have to move my website

*edit* I reached out to customer service and the response was told that the app does not do what it is supposed to at the moment, but my feedback will help in future versions. I cannot spend time waiting for future versions and will have to move my business elsewhere. This app continuously crashed mid checkout, took forever to load items. After wrestling with it for a week my only option is to make a new website on a different site because web and retail inventory integration is crucial to my shop at the moment. I’ve had a squarespace site for years but this is unacceptable and will not work for my business. It should have never left the beta phase.

I like to use the app because of the inventory update connected to my website, and I can use Square, however, it would be nice to be able to add a customer when checking out and also use my scanner. Please consider those 2 updates.

What’s up with the commerce app and page of the website?? it’s not allowing me to save any of the changes I make to a product it just crashes.

1) On my iPad Air this app is terribly slow. I don’t know if it needs the latest possible model, but I’ve never seen something so slow. 2) It doesn’t sound when receiving an order. I can see your software engineers never worked in a shop that uses this app (or at least made a simulation).

Issue with Inventory pictures

I like being able to use the app for a lot of actions, but there is an issue with the Inventory where all my items either have all the same picture, or missing picture, by category. For instance, I have many different types and scents of Goat Milk Soaps that are listed separately, but ALL of their pictures are of a particular one even though the listing itself has the correct images

I’m not quite sure what’s going on with the app nowadays, but there are many problems that I’ve spotted. The app won’t display many of the pics of my products, or displays old pics that I’ve previously deleted which leaves me confused. However updating the information regarding my products is working better than ever. With that said it’s hard to keep track of which products are which because of the lack of being able to see the picture of the products. I’ve also posted new products on my website but the photos won’t display. This is definitely the most frustrated I’ve been with the app thus far. Hope the issue gets fixed soon. .... I updated the app and I’m still having the same issue. Recent update fixed the issue! Thank you!!!

Complete Dissapointment

First, it lacks any options. I have forms set up on products because I need to collect info. It works on the website but not on the app. Why?? So I need to use old school paper applications when selling in person which defeats the purpose of moving to this platform. Second, only site admins can sell. What a dumb security flaw. I need people all over the city selling at events and the only way to do that is to give them all FULL access to my website??? Not even “store managers” are allowed to sell products. Absolutely ridiculous. Thoroughly dissapointing and I feel misleading. I felt confident this was the right platform until mid-building it and at a point of no return I started realizing all of the limitations and obvious features missing or underdeveloped.
