App Won’t Open

I’ve had this app for maybe 2 years and it just started acting up, when I click on the app it won’t open it’ll just show the app logo and close out. It has been doing this for months now
Square fees along with commerce app

I like the integration and want to sell everything on one platform but square charges 2.6% + 10c which is fine because I just add that on to the cost for the customer if they want to use their card. I can do this in the square app but if I use this app then I can’t change the “taxes” or “fees” without it changing my website cost. I don’t have any fees on my website so it wouldn’t be fair to charge my online customers the square fee. It would be nice if they could separate Point Of Sale taxes or fees from my website. Right now, unfortunately I will have to use the square app separate from my website which means more management on my inventory but in the long run, saves me a lot of money.
Please upgrade for universal iOS compatibility

So we have few beauty brands and we are struggling in warehouse, love the platform but the apps are not that great! So when I process the orders goes from pending to fulfilled But the problem is I need to manually type every order number in order to pull it up and see what the order is and the pack it when we have massive orders this way keeps us so behind.. what if we could just scan the barcode of the label that we printed in the search section and it would pull it up? This is supper simple and fast for us, just scan the labels that we have printed from Shippo that is connected to Squarespace and it would pull up the order. Another issue is the inventory why there is not a scan future/mobile/scan gun and barcode generator? Instead of manually entering? Why it does not get connected to Ariba? Please add these feature it helps a lot! ❤️

The scanner stopped working now. Can’t scan tracking numbers. I have to manually enter them now.
New update has issues

I use this app everyday to help run my business, but it’s partially useless now since this update. There’s no save button when you edit products, am I missing something? I often have to update my stock and prices and it allows you to do so but it Doesn’t let you save once you changed quantities, price, ect.. this can’t be right.
Not happy with the update

Whenever I get an alert that I’ve had a sale and I tap it, the app just sits there and loads, never bringing up the invoice page. It’s just blank with the wheel loading icon in the center. I have to force quit and sometimes the app will load after that. Very frustrating and this did not happen before the update. I will change my rating when this gets fixed.

The app was working pretty well for me before last update. It’s “live” but isn’t updating or saving my changes. This has caused me several problems and a lot of time wasted doing the same thing over and over. PLUS I’ve had several products just disappear! For me that means reuploading 50 pics or so per product. I love the website but I don’t always have my laptop to work on it. The app was so convenient til it wasn’t. Please fix the issues and give back a save button!
