Help a small business owner out?

This app is fine, but it could easily be made amazing. As a small business owner who does ceramics I will often just have my iPad open for shipping day rather than risking the health of my laptop and this app is only compatible with phones so it’s blurry on the big screen. It would also be amazing if I could add products on my phone! Just snap a pic fill out the price and post to my site. Please, please, please, if you say your for small business owners then put a little work into this app. I have had it for 3 years now and it has barely changed.

Just started using the app but so far so good. I would like to see the sound of notifications changed to something different like a cash register sound so I can tell when I’ve received an order.

Just downloaded the app after having a paid Squarespace account for six months. I click Login and the screen goes black. Does nothing. Glad to know I’m spending so much to have half the boasted services available ?♂️

Pros: conveniency, can track orders on the go, can edit merchandise inventory, thankful for the update that allows to add pics and item description for merchandise, schedule merchandise availability What I will like to see is the ability to add/change pricing and be able to organize product placement. For example: category necklace: being able to change the order of each product so it’s displayed in order I see fit on website (hope this is explained well lol!) Other than that it’s a MUST have app if you are operating a product business with squarespace

I enjoy Squarespace as a website platform and this app is a must-have if you have a squarespace site already. What I would appreciate is full editing capabilities on my listings. It doesn’t make sense that you can edit name, description, stock, tags, but NOT price. Why? There are a lot of capabilities of the Etsy seller app that are not present in any SS app, and to fully utilize SS on your phone you have to download 4 or 5 different apps. If you haven’t committed to SS yet and are just starting your retail biz online, I highly suggest starting with Etsy.

This app is bare bones at best. Needs the ability to upload and edit products. Also the absence of native iPad support is just silly. Please consider an iPad version to go along with the iPhone version.

The app doesn’t allow you to add inventory from your phone- you can only edit and delete inventory. For someone who doesn’t always work from a laptop and wants to add products, this is very inconvenient and takes away from my online shop being fully stocked with my newest items.

This is very helpful tool to keep you on business pulse while you out of office. But the app forgot you stored credential on regular base. So, it’s turn useless when it needed most. This is only reason not give 5 stars.

I’ve been a customer with squarespace for over 5 years and while I appreciate their attempts at providing multiple channels for business Development, I simply wish they would be consistent. There is always some type of bug or error not only on their apps but also their website. We all have businesses to run and if we don’t have an effective web hosting platform to do so, it’s bad for business. I also do not like the fact that I can never get in contact with anyone and have to resort to Twitter, Squarespace Forums or by writing a review.
