How To Hit Agree

It’s ridiculous that we have to do this but I managed to find the accept/agree button on newer iPhone screen. If you tap around in the corners of the screen you will eventually hit it even though you can’t see it. Mine registered when I was tapping in the upper left corner but feel free to try all of them if that doesn’t work. Like i said, it’s silly but at least you’ll be able to use the app they seem reluctant to fix.
Technically it works, but it hasn't seen an updated size in years

First there is no accept button. Second you can't hide the keyboard to put in the special code. Third this app is sized for iPhones circa 2007. Please update this.

App hasn’t been updated in 2 years and they didn’t make their UI scalable... can’t accept terms due to the button not being visible on screen. Would really like to secure my ff14 account without having to buy the physical token generator.

I am studying iOS developer and can already make an app more intuitive and easier to use app than this. 1) app obviously was not tested on all current screen formats for apple devices. My phone model was released in 2018 and it is now 2019 but I had to click around for a hidden ‘accept’ button that seemed to be either invisible or off the screen somewhere on the upper left. 2) when i switched to email to grab the registration code and switched back to this app , instead of caching my account information I had already entered and letting me continue it lost what I had entered and I had to enter it all over again. 3) no portrait mode Why square would ignore quality on an app that is central to their encouragement for account security is beyond me. But a lot of the world makes no sense to me so this is par for the course.

Due to being away from FFXIV for years I can’t get my account back because of a one time password that I can’t access without a registration password which I no longer have and I don’t have an emergency password removal, customer support is horrible and I couldn’t send an email to them because the website isn’t working! If I could rate this in the negative I would.
