Works - buttons not intuitive

Thanks to other reviews I knew that the Accept and Ok buttons were the text in the upper left. Make that intuitive and I’d give this 5 stars. Switching out of the app clears data you entered (such as ID and DOB while I switched to gmail to get my registration code). I don’t like that, but I guess it’s a security thing. iOS 13.3 iPhone XS
UI/UX is awful

So it took me forever to realize that the accept button is in the upper left on an iPhone XS. It doesn’t stand out in any way and in fact appears to be part of the title of the page.

I played FFXI for five years when it came out. Stopped, then tried a FFXIV trial in 2017. Haven’t logged into my Square Enix account in three years, now when I try to login it asks for a one-time password. So I download this app again and it is asking me to enter a registration code found in my SE account which I can’t get into cause I need a one-time password. I email support and those idiots just send me the same dumb response. “Unfortunately, the information in this email does not verify the account”. Okay. Guess they don’t need anymore business. Their servers apparently are overflowing.

Heard a few friends were playing ffa so I wanted to give it a shot. I was stunned by the amount of hoops required to get started with this game. Not only to they force you to download this app in the name of “security” but the app, as many people have complained, makes it impossible to find the accept button. We all know they are just trying to steal and sell your data by downloading this app. Con-artistry 101. Not only did I not download the game, I quickly uninstalled the app.
Literally impossible to use

I’m trying to register a Final Fantasy 14 account. I’ve followed the other million steps required to play this stupid game but this is where that effort ends because to use this app you need to accept the user agreement... EXCEPT THERE IS NO AGREE BUTTON. I have no idea how they thought this was acceptable but because there isn’t a button that allows you to accept the user agreement it’s literally impossible to progress any further. I saw a few reviews saying you can do it on devices with different screen sizes but you can’t. I tried three different devices of different sizes and it doesn’t matter, the button isn’t simply off screen it doesn’t exist. So another stunning achievement from the company that made the single worst video game of all time; Final Fantasy 13.

This app needs sorely updated. You can’t get past the user agreement.

You have to read this long terms of service document, but after there is no way to agree to it so you can’t log into the token. Kind of makes it difficult to sign in.
Can't even accept terms

I've used this on Android for ages, but I can't even find a way to accept terms on my iPhone XS Max. Not sure if it's screen layout or what, but makes the app totally unusable.
