App has all the functionality it needs for a one-time password app, and is fairly straightforward to set up. I was kinda worried after seeing the bad reviews, but after using the app I am pretty sure these people are just incredibly stupid.

Works as I expect it to and keeps my account safe. Can’t ask for much more than that. Make sure you write down your emergency removal code and serial number.

The only thing I need to mention is how to accept the user agreement as the button to accept is NOT clearly identifiable. In order to accept the user agreement you need to click the [Accept] but that is only displayed as ‘text’ in the header on the far left side. I think they really need to make the button an actual button that stands out and looks like the typical button that all other apps use.

UPDATE: Now 5 stars since they updated it! Yay! And it still does exactly what it needs to do! Previous: ————— It does what it needs to do: Provide 2FA for your Square account. The design is dated (hasn’t been updated in 2 years), but it works well. Based upon the lack of updates, it would be cool to see them move to Authy. But I imagine they must be committed to this app because it’s a vital part of the Swuare account. All in all I don’t really have any complaints because it works! A design update would be welcome though.

This is the dumbest thing to be forced to go through so many things just to get into my own account. This should be an option to have a secondary password, not mandatory. Also the instructions could have been more clear. All i was trying to was play Final Fantasy. You would have thought I was applying for a government position.
Doesn’t work on new iphones

The agree button is off screen making it impossible to use on iPhone X, XR, XS, etc

When I changed phones, I followed directions and it worked just fine. Like, people can’t follow simple instructions.
Does not work on iPhone X.
