I wish they would just use Google Authenticator / Authy, it would be easier for the users and devs. I stopped playing FFXIV for awhile and when I decided to come back I opened the authenticator and it was like it forgot all my info so I had to go through using my removal password etc. Not a huge deal but it was an annoyance that could have been prevented by just using the industry standards already out there.

I hated looking for my token. It's so small and easy to misplace. But not anymore! 2 years without a token and haven't looked back. Please be sure, when changing devices you want to use the token on, that you have it removed from your Square Enix account first. This is a problem I see most people having. I would also love to see support for the watch. One time password under glances? Please and thank you! Loads fast. Never had a single problem with the app even before it got 5+ screen updates it worked fine. Thank you so much Square Enix!
Can't get past the EULA on ipad

Just as the title says. It loads but you can't get past the EULA agreement. Pretty worthless if you have iphone 6 or an ipad. Great work.

So I send 10 mins slowly scrolling around the EULA only to find absolutely NO way to accept the agreement! Like I said, this is pathetic.

Click the word 'accept' in the title bar. This is stupid UX and should be fixed. I found it by accident. It doesn't even look like a button.
Unusable-Has not been updated for iOS 9

Unusable because I downloaded this app on my iPhone 5 which is updated to iOS9. I am unable to get past the EULA because there are no next or agree buttons, which means I cannot activate the app to use the token and thus cannot receive the in game benefits of having a token or the added security. Very frustrated as iOS 9 was not a surprise and they should have fixed it by now.
