I hate using this app. They partner with my company to help do monthly parking our parking lot is supposed to be $50 a month they started charging me $100 and for the next month went up to $150 I cancelled before it could change me that much. I have called and called and called and all I ever get is the machine saying there’s a high wait time and to leave a message. It’s been a week and 2 messages later still no contact from them is is ridiculous and I will no longer be using this stupid app with their horrible communication. And if they comment please contact us at blah blah blah I will find a way to get in contact with someone higher and demand reimbursement for the extra $50 they stole from me. If I could give zero stars I would
Disappointed in limited spot options

Where I live there’s plenty of street parking which is A LOT cheaper than parking in a garage. Because that feature isn’t available, I will be deleting the app. Plz add and I might consider downloading again.
Parked and got fined

Parked where I was supposed to got fined, and customer service won’t refund the fine or my reservation charge. DO NOT USE

Towed my car and no response - Horrible Experience

Using Spot Hero was an absolutely horrible experience. After reserving a spot for the weekend in downtown Chicago, I came back Sunday to my car gone. After paying $200 to retrieve my car I have followed up with Spot Hero via phone and email over 15 times and have heard nothing back. Would highly recommend not using this app if you want to keep your car in it’s space and don’t want to throw $200 out the window.

The best part about the SpotHero app is that you can know where you are parking and how much you paying before ever leaving the house. Not to mention, you often pay less using the app than if you just drove up to the garage/Lot. I use it whenever I commute to work and go downtown to meet friends. 5 Star experience every time!

Easy to use and makes parking cheaper! I also initially gave it a low rating last week because it was freezing. Within days, the developer personally contacted me to let me know that they had fixed the problem with an update. Good customer service!
Hangs up on non-event parking search

I love the app, but there is one clear issue that I faced - at some cases "Loading " message never goes off, even though it shows spots on the background. No possibility to go back. Only happens when I choose one of my recent searches (Merchandise Mart, Chicago) and then "non-event parking"

Ive been parking with spot hero for several years now and wouldn't have it any other way. Prices are great, locations are convenient, and any time I have had an issue, spot hero staff goes above and beyond to fix it. Thanks for the wonderful service. You have a customer for life!
