So happy that Skyroam added a app with the hotspot. This makes using the device so much easier! Very user friendly and now it will be easier to connect.
Just purchased and not working

Just received my skyroam solis and bought 15 days worth of daypasses. I figured I had better try to load them before I travel and NONE of the daypasses will load. If i had waited until I was abroad, there would be nothing I could do. For now I sit at wait on email support. Will update with customer service. Update: customer service added the daypasses. Now I have to wait to use it to see if it truly works. Upgraded to 4 stars for now.

Just downloaded it. It won’t connect to either of my devices. Tells me there’s an issue and to restart but that doesn’t help
apps clunky. coverage outside of us in Caribbean virtually non existent

This app and the device has worked everywhere I have went with cell service. I do load the time, activate, before I go. It’s common sense. Just like a sat phone. You have to have something to connect to.

This app is a great addition to the Skyroam. It has a simple interface that my wife and kid like to use. I like the fact that you get holiday offers in the app which makes it easy to stock up on day passes. I’d like to see a un-throttled day pass option. Or maybe one that goes above the 500mb speed limit say 750mb or 1gb.
Website works better

Was unable to connect to my device through application as it got stuck connecting. I restarted the device twice as well as removed the batteries. Was able to use the website to connect, so all in all the device works the application did not as their website works better. If it had not gotten stuck connecting to the device I would have liked this .
