I wish I knew about Skyroam sooner for countries where my us plan doesn’t offer day pass. Having options with multiple devices is a huge plus. Thank you for making this happen in 130 countries across the globe!
App kicks me out!

The new Solis X is waiting to be activated because after installing the app on iPad, I can’t get it to allow registration of the device. I click on the button to add and select my product, but the app shuts down and gives me the home screen. Lots of investment in a nothing device so far.

The app hasn’t worked since I upgraded to IOS 13...I keep getting a “Oops something went wrong, unable to connect” message error...even though I am connected to the hotspot which still works great. Please fix app!

The app wouldn’t connect with the solis. When I contacted customer support they just said sorry we can’t help you. I’ve bought over $3000 in day passes. You’d think they’d be able to do something.

This is must have item for travelers! I used this for the first time in japan and had zero issues the whole time. From setting up the device to connecting other devices. Everything has been extremely user friendly. Very fast and reliable WiFi. I cannot wait to use this again on my other travels!

I have had the Skyroam Solis for 2 yrs now & it had been the best travel gadget I have owned. As a globetrotter, having a secure connection is very important. I have been a victim of hacking while on public WiFi in Mexico. My Skyroam Solis hotspot guarantees a secure connection. It is functional, lightweight and has an attractive design & color.
