Frustrating

The app should tell you that when you get a new phone it requires you to go through a process of uninstalling the app then reinstalling then resetting your password. I had the find this out by calling the SMCU office. You can do better SMCU. Otherwise the app works ok.

The app does the basics, but I also bank with another credit union that has a much more robust app that allows me greater access to manage my money. From the other banks app I can set up external transfers, the lay out seems more intuitive, the log in credentials seems to not get buggy every now and again, and there’s even advice articles that pop up on the home screen. This app is definitely useful, but I feel the potential to better help the customer is still there.
Please fix!

I can reset password and next time I log on I’m blocked it is very frustrating. Please, Please Correct!

Long time SMCU customer so disappointed their mobile banking vendor does not ‘get’ customer service. Three times in past year mobile banking was broken and unavailable for standard transactions like mobile check deposit. The response from the vendor to SMCU team members is to have the customer delete and re-install the app!!! REALLY! I have 50 + apps on my phone and have never been asked to delete and reload. Maybe SMCU BOD should open the search for a nee vendor!

When it comes to transferring money and login it’s pretty good but sometimes the app closes out and won’t let me log in sometimes. Probably the worst thing about this app is that every time I try to deposit a check the app craps out and closes so I gotta go in to actually do it... insanely annoying and inconvenient.. that needs to be fixed asap.

I’ve retired to a foreign country and depend on SMCU for all my financial maneuvering...the quality of the online banking is exceptional in quality and easy to use. Thank you SMCU....
