I would have given this app 5 stars. Have never been able to use a pass code like on my iPhone. Otherwise it is great!

This app is the most pathetic and frustrating app!! It logs me out, can’t verify my credentials and every time I call the bank with this issue, they just tell me To erase and download the app again?! Most of the time it doesn’t even work.

I’ve been trying to log in forever and it keeps saying my credentials have been blocked. So tired of this!! I can log in on their website but not the app?? Come on. You guys better fix this. SO FRUSTRATING!
Why’d they remove transaction balances?

Before the most recent update, when you tapped a transaction, it showed the new balance as of that transaction... If you had $600 in your account and paid a $100 utility bill, it would show in the transaction summary that your balance after said bill was paid was $500 Now it just shows the overall account balance on the main page (which it always did) but no running changes within the transaction summary... I don’t like it at all I’ll gladly return the app to the 5* that I held it at previously when/if they return the running balance summaries
Don’t see the account summary for my loans

Earlier I used to see the account summary. Rate of interest along with my last 3 payments. I don’t see it with the new mobile banking app change.
