Worse banking system ever

Constantly getting locked out of the the app and my online account. It’s literary why I stopped using this bank. The MOST unreliable. They can’t even allow me to use the same password on mobile and online!! Dumb status.
Mobile deposit doesn’t work

After the new update the app shuts down when I try mobile deposit. As soon as you click “deposit” it has a turning wheel and shuts off

9 out of 10 times I can not get the app to load. I have Wells Fargo, Chase Bank and Summit Bank- never loading issues.

Just got a new iPhone and kept getting an error that wouldn’t let me log in. After calling for support I was told I had to delete and redownload the app for it to work. Is telling every single user who buys an iPhone 8 or X to delete and redownload the app really an acceptable fix? Is it that hard to update the app to fix the problem? Like how long have these phones been out and there’s still no fix? Not to mention that they could have at least sent out an email or something, just to let users know what the fix is, so I wouldn’t have to call and sit on hold just to be told to delete the app. It’s stupid.

Can’t log in - try to reset password, error messages, lock out after answering security questions, used to be able to log in with a PIN number or fingerprint

When logging on it says error device id not found. Needs to be updated.

The new app update is better, but the check deposit process still needs one essential update: flash. I take photos of my checks in my office, which has overhead lighting. No matter how I position the check and my phone, I’m casting shadows. Even junky apps can access the flash to be constantly on or flash for a photo. Please fix this.

This App is horrible! Forget setting your secret questions, even though you answer them right it will say error and you’ll get locked out! Then you change your password or login in for the same thing to happen again! Fingerprint doesn’t always work asking for login to verify user! This app will drive you mad!
