Broke my system

Works great no, all sensors are working correctly and reliably. Beats the my old system without question. The ability to change my thermostat sensor to any sensor I have is great. When building the system, use the samsung door/ window sensors though, the others are junk and blow through batteries about once a week.

Their new updates are much better than when they first brought out this new app. But what I truly miss is the favorites page when you first open/sign on to the app. The favorites page let me choose which device I could monitor turn on, turn off or check wet/dry temperature without checking each room individually. I still use the classic app just for that reason but I know this won’t last forever. Please give me back the favorites page.

Love my door lock, keyless when you need it and if your busy you could lock or unlock door from anywhere . Highly recommended.
Horrible App

I’ve been using this app for almost a year and it’s horrible. This app is very slow when loading and works maybe half the time if you’re lucky. It randomly turned off the schedule to my robot vacuum and now I can’t get it scheduled again. It connects to the vacuum, let’s me go in to change the schedule then says “Connection Failure” even after I re-connected the device like the error message suggests. My cheap smart plugs have a more reliable app than this.

It’s worked well enough as i have lost the controller however it’s too slow when moving direction. App widgets would help also if they were on the app on the phones
