I say hey bixby at least 4 times before I get a response. Out of the first four requests for a certain type of music station from iheartrado “twice it chose something not even close to what I said.

Fix the bugs.

The point of this app is to make it easier to change channels with your phone. Makes it more difficult might as well use your control people.

The concept is ok, but the overall functionality is not good. I have 2 Samsung TVs connected to this app, and connected to the Samsung SmartView app. This app does not turn either tv on, which explicitly defeats the purpose of having the app. The Samsung smartview app works on one of the TVs, in regards to turning it on and off and other functions. The major problem is, it is extremely unreliable. Also, don’t ever ask Alexa to turn your tv on, via the smartview or SmartThings. It will say “make sure your Samsung tv is on or connected to the device”
