I want to give 5 stars but the app should be customized to open and see the remote if you wish. Also the app power on button only works if the tv is turned on first with a physical remote. The app setting that supposedly allows my tv to turn on when i get home doesn’t work either. But overall clean app look. ( but the buttons could use some better spacing and haptics or vibration when you touch screen)
Bugful with Ambient Mode

Lags terribly when using the app to control de TV. On Ambient Mode its a disaster, lots of server errors. Over 30 minutes to try and upload a wall photo for Ambient effect to no avail.
Some features that would be nice to have.

I would love to see these changes. 1. Dark mode!!! Especially in the widget!!! 2. Wallpapers! I want to be able to add my own wallpaper to the home screen and the rooms. It was possible in the classic app so why not this new one?! 3. I would like to be able to see members on the home screen as well. In the classic app you could add a mobile device as a “thing” and see it on the main screen so you can see who is home at a glance. This feature would be nice to have once again in the new app. 4. The SmartThings home monitor is active but it keeps disappearing from the home screen. I’ve been using the Classic app because it’s features worked so much better but I’m going to begin switching to the new app since the security mode works with member locations now! That is the most important feature to my household and I’m glad it is working now. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Still lacks Smart Home Security Dashboard

There isn’t a single page with an overview of the security for your home like the classic app. This is a vital feature. The new app lacks cohesive design and looks cluttered.
