SmartNews is truthful in all subjects. Seems to tackle all subjects and is fair and concise.

Stories don’t load and when they do I’m forced to watch lengthy ads, and the app constantly crashes. Have to actually type the headline in my browser and read the story there. Complete waste now.
Notifications not working

It was working at first but now it has stopped working. I have to actually go through the app and see the notifications instead of the number popping up on the app. I hate this.
Pretty good, leans to the left however

They cover a lot of news from around the world which is great. Local news is good too. However the political stories almost all lean to the left and are not very balanced.

Though the app has some decent features and allows you to select and organize topics that interests you, it mostly serves up propaganda. The ‘for you’ tab which cannot be changed or moved out of the way mostly displays articles about Hollywood trash, the latest sex trends, pieces telling you how to feel about Trump outrage, and how Joe Biden is going to save us all from ourselves. I still give it two stars because as I think about it, there are no known news outlets these days that deviate from filling their content with the evils listed above. Preserve your mind and stay away from this app.

Love the tabs forsubject matter and that the stories present in their entirety. Also like the local news tab. Very diverse stories

I gave three stars because in some case( not all ) it’s lack of picture. Don't you just hated it to read a story when the title said for example quote “ look at what happen when you are too drunk” unquote., but no picture?. It’s wrong in so many way.
Where did this come from?

I love the access to the news, it’s a new product so the changes come fast and furious. Where did the pop up ads come from? Where did that new tab come from? Where did my local news tab go? I’m learning to dodge the clickbait and the subscribe only tabs but those developers are keeping me on my toes!
