Restarting Episodes

This is not right. I would be watching the episode and then it would load. Then it would restart the episode!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Next time I try to watch it but it gets to the either the same spot or before and it does the same thing-load then restart.

Service OK. iPad App is horrible. Please fix.

App on roku functions well. iPad app crashes a lot. Menus refresh when you are scrolling through them. There are on demand shows I can't scroll to because the menus keep refreshing. Also, can't chromecast local networks and dvr content? Seriously? Dvr content? Oh wow. This could be really good guys. Get it together.

Great not having to pay the high price of cable and no contract. Having Sling gives me the chance to watch anywhere on my smartphone at home, and at work when I take my lunch break or just watching on our TV with the variety of channels of shows we both love to watch.

I’ve had this app for less than a month and it will probably be the last month. Shows constantly freeze and buffering. I direct messaged customer service and they had me remove the fire stick and remove and add sling app again, etc... This is all great but it’s not the fire stick because everything else works. It’s only the Sling app that won’t work properly. Also added the extra sports package hoping for more college football channels. You’ll get more college football channels all right, if you like watching games from years ago. I think I’ll wait until they get better channels and offer a better stream. All these great reviews should be investigated. It’s obviously people in cahoots with the company. Nice try. Be honest with the customers.

Sling Tv is really cool and I watch all my favorite show. The only thing I don’t like is when I watch Stuck In The Middle it will only have season 2 and not season 1. I really don’t like that. (EDIT) I LIKE IT NOW BUT BEFORE IT WAS NOT COOL

Signed up for the 7 day free trial, “no hidden fees, cancel any time”. Well after trying to watch a movie with 5 minute ads every 5-10-20 minutes of the movie I was not able to enjoy the show. So I cancelled and there is a $1 cancellation fee. Which I would be fine with if the app didn’t specifically advertise no hidden fees, 7 days totally free.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I signed up for the 7 day free trial. Cancelled the very same day on their website. Didn’t know that I should have received a confirmation of cancelling from them. I never did. They then still charged me $59+ 7 days later. Even after I cancelled. When called to share my situation and they confirmed I hadn’t even used the service past the date and time I cancelled, they still would not refund the incorrect payment. In fact they were down right rude to me to a point that I had to get rude back. Service is very poor from them and the service buffers. I now use another service with never a buffer happening. I will forever detract others from getting this service. I find them to prey on trapping people into their horrid service. Beware! Btw they still have my $59+ for a service that sucked!
