A Bargain Without All the Channels

No, it still doesn't offer every channel available in the major cable systems and satellite providers but, you don't have equipment rental fees and the ever increasing unregulated "junk" fees that pick a little more out of your pocket on a monthly basis. The family has plenty to view without overpaying for channels that are seldom watched. The only hang up is the one unit viewing restriction for the Disney Channel and ESPN. The The No Contract option allows you to stop service at any time. Try that with your cable company and see what it costs. I'll never go back to the blood sucking cable providers!

I’ve been a sling Customer for a while now but I must say I am very disappointed in the lack of it being available for iPhone as they say. I’ve called tech support and they tell me they’re escalating a ticket to which no one has ever gotten back to me about. Don’t waste your time installing this app as it’ll never work. The only thing that’s consistent is the app unavailable 2-6 error code I keep getting.

I only watch certain shows and there’s no since in paying over a hundred dollars for that, sling is the best!

I've had sling for over 6 moths now and it's fantastic. The app is superb. You basically bring your tv with you. It works great. No complaints here. Should have left cable tv years ago.

I bought this service and use it via Roku on 4 sets and have it in my iPad. I have brought my Roku 1000 miles and used sling tv there while on vacation. It is half what I was paying for the same service on directv. I love the "on demand" feature for most stations. It has met my expectations in every way and continues to improve, such as the recently enhanced grid guide. Absolutely the best customer support as well.
Needs PiP! Needs more bitrate! Great channel availability, looks promising.

The app is clunky but works, and search is quite fast. The UI elements are a bit too large on iPad 9.7". This app desperately needs picture in picture.
