Horrible streaming and awe full Customer Service.

Horrible Slinging

This is our 2nd final attempt with Sling to be their customer. The service and streaming is really bad. Does work with Chrome cast that well. It s slow .. voice is not playing same time when video plays. They are so money greedy, there is no such thing as refund once you become customer and even if it doesn’t work they are horrible in resolving the issues. Look for Hulu or YouTube TV. You will be a happy customer.

Love this streaming TV. Easy to set up. Loads of choices. Good price. None of the bloat TV channels of cable. No satellite not working during bad weather. I am not a big TV watcher but occasionally I need to be entertained and not spend loads of money. Here is a tip, Works best with Roku device. Chromecast is very problematic. Had that first and could not get it to consistently work. Roku works every time.

Spectrum cable speed caps Sling Tv because there a competitor Tv service. I tried Sling Tv's one week trial and even though I have a 60 Mbps service Sling Tv - froze pixelated and had to buffer. So annoying!! I have no choice but to pay Spectrum Cable outrageous prices for tv service because they sabotage other company's. I liked Sling tv but I can't use it. Sad, sham on you Spectrum.

After canceling Service unused & unwanted, Sling TV continued to charge me. Call the Better Business Bureau as I have reported the Sling TV Scam service. You can contact the Better Business Bureau act 1 (703) 276-0100. I have filed a complaint. Do not use this service.

You may not get what you pay for

The only reason I wanted the service was to watch college football. You have access to ALL the games you can see ANYWHERE else, but if your team isn't being broadcast on a major channel you MAY OR MAY NOT get to watch it. Then they say you can record the show, and watch it like a DVD player...but that doesn't even work!!! It wouldn't let me forward the game, or play from where I watched it earlier. This service wasn't what it was advertised.

I love the fact that I'm able to record shows, movies and sporting events. "BeiN" sports is my favorite channel, and it is the main reason why I chose sling tv over other app tv providers.

We are constantly having to uninstall the app and then reinstall it to get it to load properly. Customer service wants to say it is an internet issue, but none of my other services like Netflix, Pureflix, Youtube or Itunes movies have the issue. I have even checked at the same time when Sling won’t work and they work fine so it is a problem on their end.

Advertise that you could watch college football games but then all the big rivalry games are blocked from slingtv. Glad I just did a free trial because I have no use otherwise. Also crashed my phone and Xbox while trying to load.
