I basically order from same pizzeria (Andi’s in Manahawkin) but it makes ordering easier! I can still order anything from their menu, and can see the entire menu right in the app vs looking for their menu! With this app, I also now earn a free pizza after so many orders, too! It’s a win win! App is very easy to use and is also cheaper than ordering through other delivery services out there!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They respond very late and couldn’t solve my issue. Waited 2 hours for a pie and still didn’t get it which is supposed to be coming from 5 minutes walking distance…

I placed an order on my PC for local pizza delivery. I show a confirmation on the webpage that my pizza would be delivered within 40 minutes. After 40 minutes passed, I went to the mobile app only to find the order was canceled with no notification whatsoever. I now have a houseful of hungry people and when I called customer support they said no drivers were available and I have to wait several days to get a refund. Isn't the whole purpose of your service to deliver pizza? The fact that you can't deliver, don't notify the customers & make your customers wait 1-2 days for a refund when they are left without the product and service they paid for is unacceptable. I now have to double pay and go pick up the pizza myself. How can you do business this way? I will not be using your service again and looking for ways to share my poor experience online. From an NPS pov, you get a zero.

Garbage app! Can’t even confirm if my order will be delivered or not? Use an excuse that they are on hold?? On Hold for 30 minutes huh?? Wasted an hour and an half of my time! I’m using UBer Eats from now on! Ridiculous

Driver put order delivered without delivering orser. When contacted about the issue was told it was on the way. When asked about the driver marking deliveries as delivered prior to delivery chat was closed without explanation. Last time using it the app.

Concept is awesome, but learned the hard way when I waited almost 2 hours to later be notified that my order was canceled because no drivers were available. The message on the app mentioning restaurants possibly being understaffed is lacking efforts to hold accountability of Slice possibly not able to accommodate finding a driver! Wish you all the best and hope to see better for this app.
