App is easy to navigate, but sometimes descriptions are truncated and it’s not clear what you’re ordering. Would be nice if rewards were based on how much is spent and not just number of orders. The time estimate for an order being ready is often extended after the order is placed.
THE PROMO CODES NEVER WORK!

The promo codes stopped working. My wife got the slice app, codes don’t work a new account either.
Great service but pizza prices are inflated.

Prices are inflated. I checked online menu for same restaurant and it is $25.28 in total including tax and fees but without tip. Slice states $$29.16 with tax and fees. Just the pizza price on slice is $25 and on the site just the pizza with all the same toppings is $20. So they inflated $5.00 then add fees and say they help keep app running. I don’t mind paying a little more for my convenience but don’t lie to me.
Easy once I can sign on

Every time I place an order using this app it tells me it doesn’t recognize my device when I sign in using google. Every time I have to wait for a code to be sent to me and hurry up and put the code in before it allow me to sign in it’s really annoying and stupid

Wold not allow me to add my card. Said my security code was wrong. Triple checked and reentered each time. to add my card

I wanted to try a new pizza place,and found this gem right here in el mirage.Great food,fast and friendly service.Well worth the price,and slice is always on time.
Bad Customer Service

I’ve been using this app for over a year and use it quite often. I’ve never had to use their customer service before. I had an issue with my order tonight and used the chat function to try and get it resolved. The customer service agent told me sorry for the inconvenience, it won’t happen again and terminated the chat. 70 bucks down the drain and I will not be using this app again.
