Worst service ever – Slice: Pizza Delivery/Pick Up Review

I placed an order on my PC for local pizza delivery. I show a confirmation on the webpage that my pizza would be delivered within 40 minutes. After 40 minutes passed, I went to the mobile app only to find the order was canceled with no notification whatsoever. I now have a houseful of hungry people and when I called customer support they said no drivers were available and I have to wait several days to get a refund. Isn't the whole purpose of your service to deliver pizza? The fact that you can't deliver, don't notify the customers & make your customers wait 1-2 days for a refund when they are left without the product and service they paid for is unacceptable. I now have to double pay and go pick up the pizza myself. How can you do business this way? I will not be using your service again and looking for ways to share my poor experience online. From an NPS pov, you get a zero.
