The only reason I am still using it is to get my free pizza. After that I’m deleting it. Every order I have placed has been messed up. EVERY. SINGLE. ORDER. My first order was almost an hour late, and missing items. My second order never came, and when I called customer service they said it was ready and that I should go pick it up. They then said they would be willing to waive the delivery fee if I picked it up! How generous! Do not use this app. It will only bring you headaches and empty bellies. I love the concept, but it falls short in so many aspects. I have given it more than enough chances, and each time I am shown the inferior quality of the people who have designed and work for Slice. At least the pizzas are good, and supporting local is a plus. From now on I’ll order direct and spend the time to pick it up. Thanks to Slice for making pizza less enjoyable!!

I have used Slice to schedule dinner delivery for my family weekly. Recently, I was able to send dinner from local pizzerias to colleagues with COVID or in quarantine in three different towns. Slice found a close, well-reviewed shop wherever I needed. There’s always coupons and discounts. It’s super simple and works perfect every time! Love the text updates too.

Ordered at 5:45, estimated at 7:07, still not here at 7:45. Most companies would take this as a failure but slice is super optimistic or something , this has happened a few times now and usually they assure me it’ll be here in ten minutes. Like dominos used to literally kill people to get pizza to my house in 30 minutes and y’all can’t figure out a 2 hour deliver window ? Also in what world is the gas station across the street a small independent pizzeria?

This is a service business and the App and service are terrible on this. I feel badly for the restaurants that use this as they are hit with a bad reputation based on the poor service model and setup of this app!

First time I ordered using Slice. Specified three pizzas to be delivered at 7 PM. Ordered at 5:30. Slice sent a text confirmation of the delivery time. All three pizzas arrived at 6:22. Long before my guests are arriving. Appears Slice is in the wrong business if they can’t come close to getting the delivery time right.
