Terrible functionality and annoying notifications

Deleted the app because of how awful it was. Rated on pizzeria as awful and for whatever reason slice decided it should notify my every week of deals for the poorly rated one. Never anything useful to recommend for good rated pizzerias.

I ordered from slice to try to be nice since commercials indicate DoorDash hurts restaurants But this was way to slow. It was almost 40 minutes…. I tried

I hate it when my time is wasted

Placed an order at my local pizza place. Went to pick it up bc the app told me it was ready. Turns out it was not ready and the pizzeria has no way to send that notification. Now I’m waiting another 30 minutes. Thanks slice for wasting my night. Call and place your orders. Avoid having your time wasted.

I used this app for the first time this evening and after an hour and a half of waiting I still had not received my pizza. I called the pizzeria and they informed me that it had gone out almost an hour ago. Starving family and no pizza!!!! I will not use it again!!!

Can’t Follow Simple Instructions

Ordered a pizza through the app and added a tip beforehand. Seemed simple enough. However, the delivery man couldn’t follow instructions saying, “Please do not ring doorbell and leave at doorstep.” He was banging on our door, shining a flashlight in my face, and yelled out my name. It was 10:15 pm and our household was already asleep. We lived in a shared household. Very disappointed.
