I tried get about 15 scooters but all of them were not available ? do you have some working one?
Stop disabling scooters so early
bring back 15mph
My favorite scooter app but I constantly find the “unavailable right now” message when trying to get a scooter as early as 9pm- meanwhile I have a scooter right in front of me. Forces me to ride either a Lime or Byrd.

Finding one late at night is a giant pain in the butt. Why? Because…… All the batteries are dead so it’s a disappointment late in the evening! In the morning it was wonderful. We finally found two scooters rode them around had a great time in Washington DC we rode from our hotel to the monument and then parked them and ended our ride. Pretty happy with the experience. Sometimes pushing the gas pedal button thing… And getting it to actually start going was troublesome at first and I have no idea why. But, it did seem to get easier as I rode tje scooter more and more with starts and stops.
Customer service is on point

One time I used a scooter to get to work and there was a glitch in the app. My scooter session never close and I was charged for using an entire hour. I reached out to their customer service a few days later and they got right back to me. I told them how long I actually used the scooter and they refunded me the difference!! They were super fast and super respectful. While the actual app may need some updates the quality of the scooter and customer service is high.Definitely recommend using them in them in the future or when in D.C.

Overall the trip was good, it took me where I needed to go but the concept of having brakes on the handle bars and on the foot pad is irony to me. It’s almost difficult to end a ride, and also you can’t pause the ride.

Great ride, wish it could go faster or more torque going up hill. Other than that it was good ride.
