Customer service is on point – Skip Scooters Review

One time I used a scooter to get to work and there was a glitch in the app. My scooter session never close and I was charged for using an entire hour. I reached out to their customer service a few days later and they got right back to me. I told them how long I actually used the scooter and they refunded me the difference!! They were super fast and super respectful. While the actual app may need some updates the quality of the scooter and customer service is high.Definitely recommend using them in them in the future or when in D.C.
