Great app, but updates are soooo slow...

I like the idea, it had great potential, but the only thing is that they take forever to push new features. Maybe its because of the recent aquisition, but development had really stalled significantly it seems. All the updates from the past year or so have been very minor. They have been promising certain features for at least 4 years. Both the web app and the mobile app development seem to have stalled.

Beautiful app. Cool features. Didn't deposit one of my checks though with no real answer why they couldn't. Also I use echecks a lot (Mortage, home insurance, etc.) which they don't support

Good App but good luck if you need help with anything

Lost my card and cannot get a support response. Calling them gets me a message that my call cannot be completed at this time. This has been going on for days. Heaven forbid if there were fraudulent transactions.

I loved this bank. I loved having it as my extra bank account for my side jobs that I do. It used to be so awesome but now, it takes them about a week to get back to your emails about ANYTHING. no matter how important. Also, nobody answers the phone anymore. Nonstop hold music. What happened?!? It's time for me to change banks. It's not acceptable, esp when you're dealing with people's money.

They have a great app, card works anywhere, they pay interest and there is a huge surcharge free ATM selection.

What are you doing? Just get it. This is not just the best banking app, it's seriously one of the best apps, period. Excellent UI. Plus, Simple's customer service is absolutely fantastic.

When they started, Simple was a breath of fresh air among traditional banks that were always finding new ways to nickel & dime you to death. Unfortunately, a year plus after they were bought out development has completely stagnated and customer service has gone to h-e-double-hockey-sticks. Their check deposit still requires individual human review & a couple days before processing and doesn't accept some valid checks for no good reason. Depositing cash requires purchasing a USPS money order or depositing into another bank and writing a check & the above check deposit song & dance. ACH transfer IN requires 3 days wait, but transfer out happens overnight?? Still no chip&pin cards, but then ApplePay took a year to roll out to them. Their ATM list is a complete lie. 90% of the listed ATMs don't work, and the ones that do... We'll be prepared to pull cash out of a machine in places you wouldn't let your little sister go in alone. And yes, email response from their support takes a week, but why bother? They're not actually going to offer any useful help anyway.

By far the best banking app I've used. Always works well and has amazing design that makes it easy to see where you're spending money and helps with budgeting.

Simple has changed my life. I recommend it to everyone I talk to, and I wouldn't recommend any other personal banking system. You guys are amazing. Within 6 months of using Simple, I got set free from impulse spending (because of the Safe-To-Spend feature) and I'm now managing my finances well & wisely, thanks to Simple. <3
