This app is so glitchy. It randomly pauses and skips to next episode halfway through an episode.

In todays world I should not be put on hold by a bot to just recover a password. Simple password recovery should be simple. Optimum has no customer service
Can’t get through one episode

I can’t get through a single episode of any show without the app going into a cycle of replaying the same 10 seconds over and over and over. I have to skip ahead in order to keep watching but it keeps happening. Then the sound will eventually go out and then I will get an error message along the lines of “Lost Connection” or “Network Error.” I quit out of the app and go back to the show I was watching and stare at black screen that won’t play. I have had to give up on so many episodes that still will not play even days after. Terrible.

It plays the same 30 seconds over and over and then says no network connection.

The app constantly shuts down. It buffers all the time. It makes it hard to watch a movie. All my other apps work just fine ( HBO MAX, Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video and Discovery Plus. Please get this issue resolved.
Programs stop streaming 30 minutes in and downloads take forever to download

Get Showtime network errors 30 minutes into watching a show. Thought I could find a work around with downloading the shows. Downloads take days to download, and I still have the same crashes with the downloaded videos.

I never write reviews but I just have to for this app. It’s terrible. Every show I watch has a glitch in it and ends up kicking me out and the show becomes unwatchable. I use Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Paramount, Bravo and other streaming apps daily and NEVER have this issue on any other app. Please fix it before I cancel my cable subscription add-on.

4 stars only because the fast forward on the app on my TV is difficult to use. When you fast forward you have to guess where you are in the show. Please improve the fast forward or reverse for 5 stars.
