Can’t Login

Can someone explain to me how I’m supposed to login when the keyboard pops up but only shows like eight letters and the rest is off screen?
Doesn’t resume where I left off

This app doesn’t resume play where I left off. It starts over at the beginning of the series. Takes forever to fast forward through all the episodes to get to where I left off. Hulu and Netflix have the option of looking at all episodes and seasons. Also restarts where you left off. Getting rid of this streaming service because it is a waste of time and patience.

Every time I open the app on an Apple device I need to log in with my provider, sometimes 2 or more times. I have deleted and reinstalled the app but problem persists. Content and overall functioning is fine but the constant need to log in makes using the app very tedious.

Won’t accept my DirectTV login

After ATT bought DirectTV, there is no email to login. It uses username and pw. This app still asks for email and pw of my DirectTV account to allow streaming, WHICH NO LONGER EXISTS IN THE DIRECT TV ACCOUNT. PLEASE FIX LOGIN.

God only knows why this app always has so many issues. I’ve reached out to support more times than I can count. There’s no reason why logging in to my provider should lead me to my full provider account page and details, while still failing to log me in to Showtime. Not to mention the fact that I have to re-login every few days when all other streaming platforms know how to save login info. Video is often out-of-sync with audio. Often just stops playing or disconnects from my tv when casting. Just awful and has been for at least a year.
Glitchy App Lacking Necessary Features

I love my favorite Showtime series! The problems with the app truly ruin the viewing experience, though. Here’s a list of issues I have with the app: - constant glitching and crashing when attempting to search for the show I want to watch (search bar/series menu) - lack of a “skip recap” or “skip intro” button - lack of 10 second forward AND 10 second rewind button - doesn’t automatically start next episode or even give option to start next episode. You have to go back to the Home Screen (see next line item for the issues with the Home Screen) and/or re-search for the series you are watching. - lagging Home Screen (for example, if I finish an episode, I have to completely close out of the app and then go and search for the next episode instead of it appearing on the Home Screen or automatically starting. Another example is the show I’m in the middle of completely disappearing from the Home Screen and I have to go search for the show in the search bar... but the search bar crashes the app) These are just a few of the issues with the app that are very discouraging. If more come up I will add them to this list. I hope the developers use this feedback to better the app so that viewers have a more enjoyable experience watching the shows (and movies) they love! Thanks.
