I don’t usually get too hung up on the user interface. But this app is so glaringly behind its competitors I think it’s time to cancel. It’s about to be 2022 and this app STILL doesn’t have easy-to-set-up user profiles. CBSViacom is so bloated as a company they can’t even get simple things right. Too focused on shiny new Paramount+ I guess. Too bad. Showtime still has decent content, but so do the other streamers. At least the others realize that content without a satisfying user experience is worthless.
Please fix app with new update to not freeze.

I love the idea of this app. It has a lot of great functionality. However, older shows play worse than they did on standard definition years ago. It’s like they buffer every half second and are very low quality.

Every time I open the app on my Firestick, I have to re-activate it. Literally. Every. Time. This is ridiculous. I subscribed so I could watch the new season of Dexter and I have found other great content but this app glitch makes me want to toss this subscription in the trash.
Constantly logs me out

I can’t watch more than a single episode, if that, without being logged out. Trying to watch the most recent episode of Yellow Jackets today, I’ve been logged out multiple times within the first 5 minutes. I can’t seem to actually stream the episode without my session randomly ending. As a developer myself, I know session handling can be frustrating but this is just absurd.
So sick of this app
Best App for Trafic
This is the only TV app that I have to sign in to almost every single time I try to use it and there app is so terrible it takes like 5 minutes to sign it. In addition to that, the app is pretty crap anyway; has this thing been updated in the last 10 years?! It’s so old, clunky, and dated. I think this will be the last straw and I’ll be cancelling my subscription.
