Why won’t it play a full episode of the old Dexter? I can watch New Blood with no problem. I can watch Yellowjackets with no problem. I’ve watched movies and no problem. Dexter will just stop and give me a black screen with an error that says internet connectivity issues. If I close it out and come back all I get is the black screen. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. I have turned off the iPad. Anyway, the rest of the app works fine. It just seems to hate this one show.

I’m paying a monthly charge to carry this network through my cable network, but you’ll have made it impossible to access the channel on my TVs. My TV displays a code, but I follow the activation instructions to no avail, repeatedly. You’ve made it impossible to access the screen where the code can be entered.
Viewing interruptions

I would like to start by saying I love this app. I use it to watch my favorite shows while working out. Over the last couple weeks I have been dealing with viewing interruptions. Yesterday I was watching and at one point the show would get stuck and buffer back 5 seconds and repeat until it stopped and I get an error message saying unable to connect to network at this time. When I hit ok it returned me back to the Home Screen. Then the show would not work until the next day. When I moved on to another show, it did the same thing. Very frustrating, especially in the middle of a run.
Constantly Crashing

Lately I can’t get through a single episode of anything without the app crashing. I’ve tried logging out and logging back in, restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app and nothing works. Now anytime I try to resume a show it just freezes on a black screen then boots me out again. For reference I’m watching on iPhone 12pro Max running iOS 15.11

This app is HORRIBLE!! I’ve been trying to watch Yellowjackets for a week & it keeps telling me there’s no network connection. It’ll play for like a minute then starts to buffer. Then a notice comes up that says no network connection. Or it runs on a 2 second loop. Plays the same 2 seconds over & over until I skip forward. Then it says the same thing-no connection. But here’s the crazy thing-IT ONLY DOES IT WHEN I WATCH YELLOWJACKETS!! I can play literally anything else & it’ll play no problems. WHY JUST YELLOWJACKETS?! It’s getting on my nerves SOOOOOO BAADDDDD!!!! I’ve uninstalled the app, I’ve signed out & signed back in, I’ve done everything humanly possible & it STILL KEEPS HAPPENING!! First the app wouldn’t let me sign in with my AT&T account, I had to weirdly sign in with my DIRECTv account with my AT&T sign in info. I know AT&T bought DIRECTV so you use AT&T to sign in to DIRECTv but for some reason it was the opposite for this. For a while it kept telling me I wasn’t a subscriber to Showtime & I am. I had to do a free trial to the regular Showtime app until I figured out I had to use DIRECTv to sign in instead of AT&T. So for anyone who has showtime under DIRECTv USE DIRECTV WHEN YOU SIGN IN NOT AT&T LIKE YOU NORMALLY WOULD! Like HBO MAX I used AT&T because DIRECTv wasn’t an option. Just fix this!! It’s so irritating! I’ve never had so many issues trying to stream a show!! None of my other streaming platforms act up like this one!! There’s no connections issues!! And from all the other reviews, I’m not the only one having problems!
