This app is not notifying me that my dad writes to me. I have notifications active on my settings. What’s a fix for that?

This app simply doesn't work. It takes me to the page where I can find the person I want to visit then the next screen is completely dead. Unable to move forward with the process. A similar issue came up while using their webpage with a PC. Not only that. But I've reached out to customer service without a response for over a week.
Horrible audio

Audio is horrible. Choppy like chop suey. I have 200+ mbps cable download with 10+ upload. I check regularly using speedtest. Cable service is excellent, Securus not so much. Pretty disapointed. Used airpods for audio. Everything was charged prior to appointment. I wasnt planning on having to make another video call but the audio was so poor I’ll have to make another vid call to accomplish my goal.

Today I had a visit with my inmate I got in waiting for him to get on as he did but he could not see or hear me I ran a test session connection and it said excellent this is not the first time this has happened to me with Securus it has now happened a total of 3 times now with no refunds and no credits to see my loved one so I guess if you enjoy handing money to Securus leaving your loved one thinking you just didn’t show up pay the money for the visits and I’ve also reported the tech issues to them and never received a response back that was the last penny I will ever spend for a service I never received y’all are no better than thieves in my opinion!!!
