You can’t even send emails correctly you have to screenshot it and send it in a picture

For the past couple of days I’m not able to send messages via the app nor upload videos. I have to use the regular website which is alright but it’s nothing like using the app. I hope a resolution will be provided soon.
problem with the new “text” option

won’t let me add an inmate after the new option to send texts was added. it will go to the screen where you can look them up but wont allow you to search them. the drop menu’s have nothing in them for the “state” and it wont allow you to search without adding a state.

I have used this for a year. Now they require an update but my phone won’t update to 13. It offers to update to older version but won’t. I have only had phone a year don’t want to buy another one just to be able to update to 13!! Very angry!! This update is for video which I do not use!!

I have had the app since it became available and never had any problems with it until the new update recently. Now I can’t even get into it to read or send any messages at all and today is my friends birthday and she can only use this app to receive them. Uugghhhh

So, I have to buy a new phone because I cannot download new app? And I just loose money I have on my account? Guess what I think of Securus!!!

I’ve had this app for awhile now! I have stamps that are paid for in my account! All of a sudden I can’t open the app because they want me to upgrade to 13 IOS. The problem is I am operating on 12.5 IOS. I have an iPhone 6 and unable to upgrade to the 13! So what should I do? No notice just blocked from this site and I have paid stamps in my account! Not fair at all!
