I’m very disappointed that I set up an appointment in a different time zone I’m an hour behind my family member in jail. I followed all the instructions I was on an hour early they said to wait 59 mins after that was up they took my money and said I had nothing scheduled. I haven’t talked to my brother in almost a year he finally got moved somewhere that had this then I get scammed. I was very heartbroken.

I have tried my actual bank account and bank card and I have used for weeks now a green dot card which is through visa it has worked for weeks up until now as well as my bank card there is money on it I just came from the store uploading funds to the card to make sure there is money on there it keeps telling me to call my bank or to check and make sure all the information is correct I am 100% certain there is money in all my info is correct and excepted it before numerous times please fix this it would be nice to talk to my loved one considering it’s been about a week now!!

So my loved one has sent me multiple messages but I’m not getting any of them and he has told me he sent multiple. It’s been going on for weeks now and I’m not sure why I’m not receiving some of the messages he’s sending me. Is this some sort of bug or?

Doesn’t have the unit I’m looking for I called customer service doesn’t have live customer service so any questions you might have just know it’s probably not getting answered unless it’s about putting money in someone’s account

This app is really not working right now I just left two of my loved ones hanging I really should get a reup on stamps because this app keeps kicking me out and it’s going so slow idk if Thur get my messages I have to keep loggging in and out this needs to be worked on quick

Sending photos takes days or even a week or more to get. Pretty bad considering I pay for each individual photo & I have no way of telling if the messages have been received. On numerous occasions the app has froze up and when restarted I’ve lost all of the message I was writing. Tonight I couldn’t even send the message I’m still waiting for it to not kick me off and send it out. Additionally the video visitation all be it nice to see my loved ones is all spotty at best. The video is always compressed and I have more than one occasion had to leave and rejoin my session because of lack of sound or sound abd lack of video. All the while watching my time and money tick away one second at a time. I only am writing this review in hopes that the developers can take note and try to address these problems. I surely can’t be alone.
