Doesn't work at all!!

It doesn't do what it supposedly says, it doesn't control time limits, doesn't show text or calls unless icloud back up is on and you have to pay $50 for the plan to actually do that. And the free version doesn't really work, I checked my kid's phone at a restricted time and she was still able to use Snapchat, internet and other apps, it also wasn't working to restrict any of the apps I wanted. Waste of time.

This app has not worked since I got it! They talked me into buying 2 subscriptions since I have 4 kids - over $100! The customer support is horrible and they're refusing to give me a refund because it's past 15 days. I've been in constant communication with them since downloading it and they're still refusing. It doesn't do what they say it will do. It won't download info from our kids iCloud back up. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Every parent that has a teenager knows how hard it is to make sure they stay out of trouble. Especially, in this digital world we live in. SecureTeen makes it easier to keep your child in check. I strongly recommend it.

This is the third program/app I have tried and seems to be working better than the others. I am having an issue but expect that when I hear back from customer service it will be resolved. The customer service is different than what I am used to but it works. With iPhones it is really diffacult to find a service that allows you to get access to your childs phone, I have had problems with my daughter and who she has been communicating with, I am comfortable with SecureTeen.

Use this device to curb my son's internet curiosities. Has allowed us a more open communication regarding internet safety and appropriate content viewing.

This is the most horrible app think I have ever seen in my entire life and even after you delete it it still works and it's like it never goes away and it has only ruined me and my child's relationship

This app is awesome it lets me even see what is being text. I recommend it for not only parents but for people trying to catch a cheating spouse!

The worst app ever. It has never worked properly. It won't update and is basically useless for tracking what it says will track. But the even bigger problem is their customer service. It's a standard 24-48 hours for them to respond to ANY request for help when the app isn't working. And this isn't me just saying they take a long time to respond. That's their company policy!!! I can get anything shipped to me from anywhere in the world in less than 24 hours, but this company can't even respond to an email in less than 48 hours. On top of that, they still took 4 days to respond. I finally asked for my money back. I've been switched to THREE different departments now. Finally I reached the "accounts dept", and it's going on 6 days I am waiting to hear back from them. I am forwarding all of my correspondence to the Apple Store if I don't hear from them by end of business day tomorrow. My advice...stay away from this app.
