Customer service is useless – Seamless: Local Food Delivery Review
Place got my order wrong. Called customer service who said they'd contact the vendor and follow up with an email or call to me. No follow up. Instead vendor calls me, they don't speak any English. They pretend not to know what "refund" means, say they'll teenage my order, and then take an hour to do so. Guess what? They got the order wrong again.
