This app gets me great food, with accurate ETA's, quickly, every single time. Delivery guys are super professional, and the food is well packed and hot when it gets to you. There is no greater food delivery company.

I love this App. A lot of my favorite restaurants right here, one stop shopping. I think it's great I've never had a problem with it. I hope they add more restaurants!!!!!!
New phones, big problem

My friend got an IPhone 8. I got an iPhone X, and because the app hasn’t been updated in a while, it constantly crashes on our phones, our carts disappear, or it freezes our phones. Please fix so I can continue to enjoy your services.

I agree with other reviews. I've given this app several chances but my orders have always, always been late. When it estimates 30 - 45 mins before ordering, delivery time will keep getting longer and longer, so frustrating! I'm in a big city and Some nearby restaurants only use this service, so I feel stuck. How is this business functional? Delivery apps used to be so reliable. These days they seem to have given up.

The ap works perfectly every time. The bad reviews seem to mostly be about issues with the restaurants and not actually the Seamless ap and I don’t understand why people continue to blame Seamless when a restaurant delivers the wrong food, there are issues with cold or missing items, arrives late or not at all, etc. These are not Seamless issues. They are food establishment issues. And no—I do not work for Seamless or have any personal investments/financial connection with Seamless. I just understand that the ap does exactly what it is supposed to.
My address issues

I would rate it 5 stars but this address function is a pain. My addresses are saved but 9/10 times when ordering i request i add the address, like start from scratch. When checking out, I see that my current address was always there including the one they force me to reenter. Annoying.
Gone way downhill !

App used to be good but in last year flawed with error after error & now the most Annoying thing where it makes me put in my Address EVERY TIME despite me having an account with them for 5+ years ??? going to stop using.
