Your enjoyment of the app is totally dependent on the restaurants cooking and delivering abilities. Rarely did I have to get reimbursed because a restaurant was closed when they said they were open or other reasons restaurants don’t get your order

Terrible service. I've had issues with my orders before but today I got a confirmation that my order was in the works and after an hour of the estimated time I finally was able to communicate with support to discover that the restaurant was closed! Don't trust them
App constantly freezes or crashes

I like the Seamless service, but the app rarely works... constantly freezes and/or crashes.

As a digital company whose sole presence is an app, it’s astonishing that the design hasn’t been updated to take advantage of the iPhone X’s screen yet.
