Loyalty card stopped working and support takes their good old time if they respond at all.

I can’t redeem anything because it won’t allow me to link my rewards cards. Therefor, you can’t move forward in submitting a rebate. It the app did what it said then it would be great. I tired 3 days in a row and nothing. Disappointed in this app. ?

Since I downloaded this app it has had limited options. Doesn’t add my rebates into my account total even when I purchased. Customer service is non-existent. I’d recommend the Ibotta app. Ibotta works great and has great customer service.

lately if been getting screwed over by them because they're employees don't read the LOYALTY STORE CARDS ANYMORE they over looked them since the covid 19 crap started an i shopped on 09/07/20 an 09/11/20 at a PRICE CHOPPER STORE AN THE LOYALTY CARD that's supposed to automatically record my shopping trip also you can't call these people because they don't answer their phones they got their sites now where i can scan the bar codes or type them like i used to ,i think they're paying the BLM AN THE ANTIFA out of these savings that supposed be going to their customes another this Savings Star is becoming a rigged place fro their BLM an Antifa buddies so in that case i'll be closing my account an lose that $9.25 that's on my account because it's has to be $20.00 before i can get that $9.25 that should be going in my pocket so watch it an check ou reciepts an the balance on the savings part on their plate form an make sure your not getting screwed like me because i lost a lot of credits from products that should have posted to my balance an their employees know it they're just playing stupid an i delt with this company for 5 years an this year lately since these racist BLM AN ANTIFA THUGS started their crap now this company is becoming radicalized to them ,an i'm sure i'm not the only one either \

So I’ve had this app for a few years, and have never used it much. The coupon savings aren’t great, and you can get the same stuff by downloading Checkout51. They’re the same company, and they pay attention if you click the same coupon on both sites And try to redeem. Just got the news today that if you go long enough without activating or redeeming an offer, they reserve the right to charge you $3.99 PER MONTH. Do not download this app!

Can’t link loyalty cards

This app was good but can’t link loyalty cards anymore. Keep getting errors that it is unavailable. Only stores where you can submit a picture of a receipt works.

I was all fired up to use it when I first started. I was trying to get all my friends to use it. but now it's not worth the time. There's not a lot offered and a lot of the offers doesn't even sell in my area.

Trouble submitting rebate for Festival Foods

review is impossible

I am unable to submit a rebate for Festival Foods. My store doesn’t have a loyalty program but for some reason Saving Star wants me to link it. In short, I can’t submit a receipt or do anything when Festival Foods is involved. Frustrating.

I can’t use this app anymore. Every time I try to log in, I get an error message about my internet signal not being strong enough. That is pure bull since all my other apps work fine and I’m running the latest IOS. I’m gonna cash out the last of my funds and be done with this. There are much better rebate apps out here with better payouts and less hassles.

It takes a very long time to get a decent amount of money. I got up to $31.75 and wanted it deposited in my bank account. It said it was sent, but yet I never received it. It’s been over 2 weeks. I tried to contact customer service twice. They never responded. Very disappointed that they at least don’t acknowledge anything!!!
